Corrupted minds-Chapter 1 (Most of cast)

Gwen buckled Alicia into her seat and was stowing her luggage when an angry voice interrupted her thoughts.
"It's all your fault! I've lost Ethan for good this time, I know it!"
Gwen sighed and turned to look into the angry eyes of her archrival, Theresa's rage filled face. Theresa had a suitcase in her hand and her son in tow. Gwen glared at her.
"What are you talking about you little cheat? You're the one who has him! Have you even thought why I'm on this plane?"
"No....but I don't care! I heard what he said to you! I heard everything!"
"Yeah, well I saw him kissing you and I don't care what he said after that, his actions speak way louder than his words!"
By then most of the passengers on the plane were turning in shock to look at the two girls fighting. Even Alicia and Lil Ethan were staring at their mothers.
"He loves you, Gwen. He said he loves you. He hasn't said that to me in over a year!"
"He may say he loves me Theresa, but he certainly doesn't look at me the way he looks at you."
Two hours earlier, both women had thought the love of thier lives only had eyes for them. They had been living in the same house as Whitney, Chad and Fox. Gwen had recieved a wonderful job offer from a fabulous firm in LA after Chad, Whitney and Fox had moved there and, eager to leave Harmony and Theresa behind, had taken the offer straight away, 8 months heavily pregnant and towing Ethan along even though he fought her about it. They moved in with thier friends on a temporary basis until they could find a place of their own, but then Theresa moved to LA to help Whitney with her wedding plans and Ethan's feet began dragging to find another place. Gwen soon went into labor and gave birth to a beautiful baby girl and Ethan agreed that moving into a place for their new family would be best. A few months later, they were getting ready to move into the new place and Gwen was thrilled. Then, came this night.

Theresa had been moping around the house for days, Whitney and Chad had been screaming at each other like they did so much lately, and Gwen was just finishing packing the baby's things when Ethan returned home from work. He saw Theresa in the living room, looking at pictures of her and Ethan with tears in her eyes.
"Theresa," he said quietly. "I...I wanted to talk to you before we left. I just wanted you to know...I will miss living with you. You make the place so much brighter."
Theresa smiled. "I'll miss living with you too. I could almost believe...when we're under the same roof...that we actually were married and living a life together."
"Theresa, it never could have been. I'm with Gwen, I realize now that she will always be the only woman that could be my wife."
Theresa's eyes filled with tears. Ethan quickly continued.
"But you will always be the one I hold dearest. Meet me tonight, Theresa. I booked a motel room. I want to be with you. It can be our place. I can't be without you, even if I have to live in a different place."
Theresa nodded as Ethan pressed his lips to hers passionately.

Gwen had walked downstairs just at that time and witnessed Ethan and Theresa's kiss. Her eyes narrowed and tears began spilling down her cheeks.Wordlessly, she walked back up the stairs and began packing a seperate suitcase.

Ethan came up the stairs a little time later and gave Gwen a hug.
"I see you are almost done packing. Ready to go tomorrow?"
Gwen shoved him away and turned to grab some more clothes.
"What's wrong?"
"I saw you...with Theresa."
Ethan's eyes grew big.
"Gwen, it meant nothing. I love only you. She was feeling sad because we were leaving and she realized things were trully, trully over between me and her and she kissed me as a goodbye kiss. She told me she still wanted me, but I told her I only had room in my heart for you and our child."
"I want to believe you Ethan, oh how I want to believe you," Gwen thought to herself.
"I love you Gwen. So much."
Gwen nodded, which seemed to appease Ethan.
"I have to work overtime tonight, I'll be back early to help you load things. I love you Gwen." he said, and quickly kissed her on the lips. Theresa, who had been listening outside the door, hoping Ethan was telling Gwen that he couldn't be without her, quickly ran down the hall so Ethan would not see her. Tears streamed down her face as she locked her door and grabbed her own suitcase to pack. A knock on the door made her freeze. Then a voice sounded.
"I'll see you later, Theresa" Ethan said. Theresa shook her head.
"No, Ethan, you won't."

So there they were. Two people hating each other, heading for Harmony seperately for the same reason.
"Admit it Theresa, the only reason you moved to LA in the first place was to be near Ethan."
"Yes it was, Gwen. I can't live without him. I would rather be near him than without him at all."
"Then why are you leaving now? You can have him, all to yourself an you're still leaving?"
"Because I realized tonght he won't ever leave you! He wants to be with me, but only if it means being with you as well. He loves you but he wants me! I won't be a piece of meat, I just won't!"
Gwen stared at the girl in front of her.
"Then why are we fighting, Theresa. Why have we wasted all this time hating each other when who we shoudl really hate is Ethan?" she said quietly.
Theresa stared back. "I could never hate Ethan. He is my whole world."
"I feel the same way."
Gwen plopped into her seat, thousands of thoughts wandering through her head. Theresa plopped next to her pulling Lil Ethan into her lap looking just as bewildered.
"What is wrong with us, Gwen? How can we both be so hopelessly in love with this man. this man who has proven time and time again that we're nothing but playthings to him?"
"I have no idea. I should defnitely feel stupid. I've spent fifteen years with this man and you're not the first woman he's cheated on me with. I am definitely dumber than you for still being with him."
"No I'm dumber. I fell in love with a picture and then spent the next five years trying to destroy you and I didn't even know you."
"I treat you terribly."
"I treat you worse."
They sat in silence for few minutes while the plane took off. Then Theresa began to cry.
"What are we going to do? I can't go face my family. They'll tell me what they've told me over and over. How am I supposed to tell them they were right?"
"How can I go home either? My mother and Ivy will sit me down and try to explain to me this is nothing more than a silly lovers tif, that I am stupid for leaving the 'love of my life' for no reason at all."
"You know how much I have always wanted to be you, Gwen? So classy, so independent. You didn't need a man to be strong. Always look so good. Always know just what to say."
"That's funny Theresa, because since I saw you, I have wanted to be like you. So strong willed, so willing to fight for what you wanted. Everyone int he whole town willing to stick up for you, even if they knew what you were doing was wrong. I wanted so badly to have someone stand behind me, even if I was being stupid."
"What are we going to do Gwen? Neither of us can go home."
Gwen sat silently for a minute, her heart and her brain fighting. Finally, her heart won.
"I have an apartment in Harmony. It was supposed to be for me and Ethan. I never got rid of it...I guess for this very reason. If you don't mind staying with me..I mean, just for a while..."
Theresa looked at her former worst enemy. Tears began filling her eyes.Wordlessly, she threw her arms around the other woman, holding her in a tight hug. "Oh Gwen, I am so sorry!"
Gwen hugged her back. "I'm sorry too Theresa."

The entire town was shocked to hear Theresa and Gwen had moved back without Ethan. They were even more shocked when they learned that they had not only moved back, they had moved in together. Rebecca tried phoning her daughter the minute she found out, but recieved no answer. Pilar tried talking sence into her daughter, but Theresa was stubborn in staying where she was. Ivy called Ethan home the minute she found out, but neither Gwen nor Theresa would speak to him. They had made a pact. They would help each other get over Ethan Winthrop, no matter the cost.

Fox Crane sat back and listened to the fight going on in the next room. He smiled as he heard the words he had been waiting so long to hear.
"I should have never moved her with you, Chad! My father disowned me because of you. I should have listened to him. Oh how I should have listened to him!"

Fox had been working for months for this. Playing the go between, he fed both Whitney and Chad half truths. While they were planning their wedding, he was planning their breakup. It had been well worth the wait. Whitney came crashing through the door and threw herself into Fox's arms.
"Oh, Fox," she said through her tears," you're the only firned I have here now that Theresa has gone. Please, take me somewhere away from here."
"Whatever you want, Whitney,"Fox said soothingly, smiling wickedly.

Sheridan sat in her cottage watching her love, Luis, pacing in front of her.
"Why did you call me here, Sheridan? I asked you not to call me anymore."
"I know Luis, but if you would hear me out..."
"No. We've been over the same thing over and over. Unless you have decided to tell Antonio the truth..." he looked up hopefully. Sheridan lowered her head.
"I can't, Luis. I just can't. He has been through so much. He loves Trevor so much. It would kill him for me to say I had a question as to who the father was."
"Then you have made your choice," Luis said coldly, heading to the door.
"No Luis! I can't be without you! I just can't!"
"You can't have it both ways, Sheridan. You either tell Antonio or you lose me. You can't have me and stay married to Antonio. I will not be your side dish. I have spent months liek that and I won't do it anymore."
"But you love me Luis. You say you love me. How can you leave me?"
"I'm not leaving you Sheridan. You made your choice. You are the one who left me. I was just too blind to see it."
With that, he left, leaving her crying.

Eve rolled over in bad, placing her hand on her lovers stomach. He snorted in his sleep which made her giggle. She felt like she had years ago, her heart filled with love. She leaned over and kissed him, then slipped from bed to get dressed before anyone missed her at the office. Just as she put the last of her clothes on, the door swung open. She and Rebecca stared at each other in shock.
"Julian? What is this woman doing here?" Rebecca asked.
