The Jazz Club-Chapter Two

It had been one hour, or about 10 drinks ago, since Julian had offered Eve that glass of white wine. The pattern had repeated over and over; each time she emptied her glass, he insisted on refilling it. She had of course objected the first couple times, but after they started getting to her, she didn't bother. Deep inside she knew she should do something, but the liquor that had taken affect clouded her thoughts, and she could barely think straight.
"How about another drink?" Julian once again offered.
"I really shouldn't," she said, trying her best not to slur her words, but she was nowhere near succeeding. "Maybe I should go call Crystal and get her to come pick me up."
Julian couldn't let her slip away now. He had to think of away to get her to his hotel. If he got her there, with all the liquor she had, he knew he wouldn't have a problem taking her to bed.
"Now? Eve, it's really late, and you wouldn't want to wake up your friend. Here, how about I take you back to my place and you can stay there for the night."
She easily gave in to his offer. In the state she was in, she wasn't skeptical of what anyone said.

Eve looked around the hotel wide-eyed. It was very luxurious, with two bedroom, a kitchen, and a huge living room area. She had never seen a place like this in her entire life.
"Here, let me take your coat," Julian offered as he slipped the brown jacket from her shoulders. "Would you like a drink?"
"No," Eve replied. Since the car ride over here, her thoughts had become somewhat less cloudy, and she knew she should get to sleep as soon as possible, because she knew something could happen if she didn't. "Actually, I should really get to bed."
Eve started towards the guest room, but she didn't get far before Julian grabbed her wrist and pulled her body towards his.
"What are you doing?" she said. She then realized how close she was to him, and how much she suddenly wanted him. Eve knew he wanted the same, as he looked at her with lust-filled eyes.
Julian looked from her eyes to her lips, and back again. He slowly lowered his head and met his lips with hers. The kiss started out slow, but soon escalated into a passionate embrace.
Suddenly, Eve came to her senses and pulled away. She looked at him, breathing hard, realizing what she had been wanting to do.
"I can't," she said. "I hardly know you."
"It doesn't matter," he responded in a low, coaxing voice. "I want you, and you want me. I know you do." He bent his head down again and again kissed her. They both soon got caught up in the kiss, and Julian started to unzip Eve's dress.
Eve's head was a jumble of incoherent thoughts. 'I shouldn't do this, Crystal is going to worry, how will I explain this to her?' But she didn't stop it. She couldn't stop it. She didn't want to stop it.
Before she realized what she was doing, she had Julian's shirt off and started on his pants.
Once they had succeeded in undressing each other, he carried her off to the bed, and laid down on top of her.
As Julian went down to kiss her again, he saw the panicked look on her face.
"Don't be afraid Eve. Don't think, just feel."
And so she did.
