Love Spells ch. 10 Hanging On By A Thread

      "What just happened here!?" Eve asked, rushing up to the chaotic scene.
      "Your son just beat my husband into a coma!" Rebecca yelled.

      "For the last time, you are not the real Mrs. Crane!" Eve yelled back.

      "Well, after you left the Crane mansion, Alastair told everyone that I was the real Mrs. Crane and he only made it look like someone was trying to kill me so I would be out of the mansion and not enterfering with his plans." Rebecca said.

      "You have some nerve-" Eve yelled, getting ready to deck Rebecca.

      "Well, I'm pregnant, so you'd better back off!" Rebecca yelled. Eve stopped in shock.

      "You can't be pregnant with Julian's baby!" Eve yelled.

      "I don't believe it!" Rebecca said. "You told Julian that you hated him and you want nothing to do with him but the minute you find out that I'm his wife-

      "Shut up, Rebecca!" Eve yelled.

      "Hey, I thought you and TC were trying to work out your marraige!" Rebecca yelled.

      "Oh, stop pretending that you give a damn about Julian, because everyone knows that you don't!" Eve said. "And not taking birth control just so you can keep the Crane name and power is a new low!"

      "Just go away!" Rebecca yelled.

      "I'm not going anywhere until this argument is won-" Eve said. Whitney and Gwen walked up to hear their mothers screaming at each other and held them back as they were lunging at each other's throats again. Whitney dragged Eve away.

      "Mother, I've never seen you so angry!" Whitney said.

      "That woman has some nerve- who could blame Chad and TC for attacking Julian, and now she's throwing the fact that she's the real Mrs. Crane and pregnant with his baby in my face!"

      "Mother, I thought you hated Julian because of what happened to Simone- it doesn't sound like you're over him." Whitney said.

      "Not over what he did to me!" Eve said. "He knew I was happily married but then he starts bringing up our past and now it's all come to this. Oh, if only I never would have gotten involved with Julian again when TC found out about our past, maybe things wouldn't be this bad."

      "Yeah, for you," Whitney said. "You're not the one who found out that you-" Whitney couldn't even finish the sentence.

      "Whitney, this secret was the reason why I didn't want you anywhere near music- the reason why I didn't stand up to TC when he tried to push you into tennis." Eve said. "I've already lost everything I'd work so hard for, I finally became the opposite of everything I was in my past, and then Julian takes all of that away from me. I just hope I can work out my marraige, I can't risk loosing TC."

      A while later, Rebecca opened the door to Julian's ICU room and went inside. When she sat down by his bed, Rebecca started to have flashbacks of her argument with Eve saying that she was only after Julian for the Crane money and power. Rebecca remembered when she had came back to the mansion to help Gwen get Ethan back, and she and Julian had eventually decided to get married. She remembered telling Gwen that she would do whatever it took to get the Crane money and power, and using sex to control Julian. Even Julian humiliating her by marrying Theresa didn't stop her, when he had came back from faking his death, she had pretended to forgive him. Then at Theresa's party she had found out that Chad Harris was Eve and Julia's son. She told Julian that she hated him, and walked out on him, and then ended up in the witness protection program when Alastair had the breaks on her car cut to carry out his plan. When she had been in the witness protection program, she was furious with Julian, but after a few days, Julian had came to figure out where she was, and after they argued and Julian left, she realized that she really did miss Julian, no matter how hard she tried to convince herself to forget all about him. Up until that point, she had only been after Julian for his money, but when he got attacked while coming to see her after his breakup with Eve and he had stayed with her when she was scared of the hit man, she realized that she was falling in love with Julian, but she was afraid to admit it. Now, she was pregnant with their baby, and Julian was almost in a coma, the thought of losing Julian was scary. Afraid that she might not get a chance to tell Julian that her feelings for him had changed, she grabbed his hand.

      "Julian, it's Rebecca," Rebecca said. "I love you, Julian," Rebecca said, starting to cry.
 

      Tabitha entered the house late that night after chasing Connie around town.

      "Hi Hagatha, about time you showed up!" Connie said.

      "You- what are you doing here before me!?" Tabitha asked.

      "Oh, just petting Fluffy," Connie said, pointing out the fact that Fluffy had fallen asleep on her lap.

      "Oh no, that little Hooligan has tamed Fluffy- dark side help us all." Tabitha sai.
 

      Sam and Luis arrived at the Warehouse later that night.

      "I hope this isn't too dangerous," Sam said.

      "Sam, if you think we're in danger, than Simone is in much more." Luis said.

      "Let's find her while we still have the chance," Sam said.

      "Sam!" Ivy yelled. Sam and Luis turned around in panick when they saw Ivy behind them.

      "Ivy, what are you doing here?!" Sam asked in dread.
 
 

      "Gwen, have you seen mother?" Ethan asked Gwen at the hospital.

      "No, I haven't," Gwen said, ignoring Ethan.
 
 

      "Julian, you have to wake up," Rebecca begged. After a few moments, there was a loud beeping noise. Rebecca looked at the machine and panicked. "Someone, come quick!" Rebecca yelled. "It can't be too late..." Rebecca thought.

      Liz and David were still bickering when they saw the doctors rushed into Julian Crane's room.

      "What happened to Julian Crane?" Liz asked Grace.

      "Chad and TC attacked him for everything that happened since the party-" Grace said.

      "This secret has gone on way to far," Liz thought.
