"I think maybe Julian is the one who really cut the breaks on your car." TC said.
"That's ridiculous. Julian and I aren't exactly on speaking terms, but I don't think he'd try to kill me." Rebecca said.

"How can you be stupid enough to believe him?" TC asked.

"How could you be stupid enough to blab everything to Agent Freeman?" Rebecca asked.

"Sneaking out was a very stupid thing to do." TC said.

"Give me a break, it was only for a few minutes." Rebecca said.

"They didn't put us in a witness protection program if they thought it would be safe to go outside without a hitman sneaking up on us." TC said.

"You really need to get a life, TC." Rebecca said.

"Obviously three wives wasn't enough for Julian because he had to go and take mine." TC said.

"This is all Terrorcita's fault. If she wouldn't have went down to Bermuda to get Ethan back, Julian would have been able to divorce Ivy and we would be married." Rebecca said.

"Leave Theresa out of this." TC said.

"Why does everyone think Theresa is some kind of saint? Everyone thought Eve was some kind of saint, and look what happened to her. She stole my husband!" Rebecca said. "It's no different from what Eve did and everyone's still saying 'oh poor Theresa, blah blah blah." Rebecca said. "You know what I really need right now?"

     "What?" TC asked.

"A dart board with Theresa's picture on it!" Rebecca said.

"Damn, and they say I need to take an anger management class!" TC commented.

"You do need an anger management class!" Rebecca said.

"Not half as much as you do." TC said. TC and Rebecca ended up in an argument.

"I can't believe I have to be stuck in this stupid apartment with you for who knows how long!" TC vented.

"Why did it have to be your car or all people that I crashed into?!" Rebecca exclaimed. TC and Rebecca glared at each other, but next thing they knew, they were falling onto the bed kissing. After a few minutes, they had ended the kiss and rushed back to their own rooms.

"You have to get over it, Rebecca," Rebecca told herself. "Whdy do I always end up kissing TC like that?"

"Pull yourself together, TC." TC said. "You can't let her get to you like that."

Simone stared at Max, her lip quivering.

"Can I please go home?" Simone begged. Max blocked the door. His friend Jim walked into the room.

"You're not going anywhere, honey." Max said.

"Max is right," Jim said. "Once you enter this door, you ain't never leaving."

"Just ask any of the other girls how long they've been here." Jim said. Jim pointed to a rough looking girl with long dark hair and bright green eyes who was attempting to inject a needle in her wrist.

"You really shouldn't be doing that," Simone said, pointing to the needle.

"Get the hell away from me, bitch." The girl said.

      "Excuse me?" Simone asked.

"I said leave me alone." The girl said.

"Who are you and how long have you been here?" Simone asked.

"Name's Catrina." Catrina said. "And you are?"

     "Simone Russell," Simone said.

"Nice to meet you Simone," Catrina said in the snidest tone she had ever heard. "Now you can get away from me before I poke you with this!" Catrina raised the needle at Simone. Simone quickly backed away and bumped into a tall girl with very frizzy red hair.

"Hey, watch it, witch!" The girl yelled.

"You tell her, Olivia." Catrina said.

"It'll take a while for you to get rough enough to survive in this place," Jim said, pinning Simone against a wall. "You know what they say, this is one of those situations where you just smile and deal with it."

"My mom and dad will realize I'm gone and come lookin for me!" Simone said.

"Oh, did you hear that, ladies?" Max said with a laugh.

"Oh, obviously somebody forgot to pack her rattle! Hey Max, you happen to got a crib we can stuff this girl in?" Cindy asked.

"I want to go home," Simone sobbed, collapsing on the floor. "I want to get out of here." Simone wished she never would have trusted Max last night, but she had been too upset to really care who she was talking to.

"I think this place is getting kind of dead if you asked me," Tony said, entering the room. Tony pulled an album from the door and put the tape into the stereo system. To Simone's amazement, the same song that she had heard Julian Crane listening to at the party was playing.

"Where did you get this?" Simone asked.

"Just something we happen to have lying around." Jim said. "Why, you like the blues, honey?"

"That is my mother singing that song." Simone said. "Eve Russel." Simone wiped a tear out of her eye as the tape brought back the memories of the Crane party.

"Oh, did you hear that, ladies, looks like this one might out do the rest of you." Max said.

"What are you talking about?" Olivia asked.

"This is her mom, and you know what they say, the fruit doesn't fall far from the tree." Max tossed the album cover to Olivia.

"These people almost make Kay look like a saint," Simone thought in distress as they tossed the album cover of Eve's tape around and snickered at Simone. Suddenly, all of the things she had lectured Kay for like sending Charity to hell through her closet, freezing Charity into a block of ice, dumping a bucket of fish guts on Charity's head at prom- all seemed like child's play.

Tabitha walked into the room as Connie was flipping through the channels.

"Hey Tabbs, you gotta take a look at what's happening to Simone!" Connie said.

"Are you watching real life again?" Tabitha asked. "I bought that TV to tune out that nonsense." Tabitha sat down and watched the events at Max's house in amazement. "That must have been some powerful fog."

"That's nothing." Connie said. "You missed Whitney and Chad telling Eve they hated her, and you missed that kiss."

"If it's between Miguel and Charity you can just change the channel." Tabitha said. "The thought of those two getting married is too much for me."

"No, this kiss was between a quite unlikely couple." Connie said.

     "Unlikely, huh?" Tabitha asked. "Who?"

"Rebecca and TC." Connie said. Connie sighed in annoyance. "Why did they both have to come to their senses and go back to their own rooms? So many lives could have became more miserable if things would have just went farther!"

"Yes, that would have been enough to send Eve back into Julian's arms for good." Tabitha said.

"So, are you going to free me now or not, you blasted bubble brain?" Hecuba yelled from the bottle.

"Shut up!" Tabitha yelled. Tabitha took the bottle into the attick and stuffed it into Fluffy's cage. "Here you go, Fluffy, meet your new room mate."

"Hey, why did you have to do that?" Connie exclaimed.

"Hecuba is one force you don't want to mess with!" Tabitha warned.

"Enough talk." Connie said. Connie shoved past Tabitha and walked upstairs to the attick. Tabitha jumped when she heard screams and Connie came downstairs with some stuffing out of place.

"That cat of yours attacked me!" Connie said. "Why don't you do us all a favor and buy a muzzle? If that won't work I'm sure I can find some duct tape."

"I warned you not to mess with Hecuba." Tabitha said smugly.
