"Did you find it yet?" Sheridan asked, walking closely behind her husband, in the dark basement below the Crane Mansion.

"Not yet. That material of your mothers bed had better be down here." Luis said.

"I hope so. I'd really love to have some sort of connection with her." Sheridan smiled.

"Let's try this room." Luis said, reaching for the doorknob, "Mama said it was in a box behind a closed door." Luis tried to open the door only to discover it was locked.

"She never said anything about the door being locked." Luis shrugged, "Let's try this way." He grabbed hold of her hand to guide her in his direction. As he started to walk away, he turned to discover Sheridan staring at the locked door.

"You have that look," Luis smiled, knowingly, "like you -"

"-have a gut feeling," the couple said in unison.

"What, you think there's something important in there?" Luis asked.

"I don't know. I just have this feeling that I need to look in here. I think I'm entitled to know, don't you think?"

"It's your family."

"Then why don't you open this door for me?" Sheridan said, showing her sweet, loving smile.

Seeing how interested she was, Luis started pushing against the door.

"Come on, Luis. We've only been married a week and a half and we just got back from our honeymoon yesterday." Sheridan said with concern. "So don't hurt yourself," she demanded. And with that, Luis pushed the door one hard time and it flew open.

"My hero! You pushed down a door. Oh how manly you are!" Sheridan said with her best impression of a southern woman.

Luis gave Sheridan a humored look and walked around the room. It was filled with boxes. Luis went over and looked around them.

"You know, this stuff probably just has to do with Crane Industries." Sheridan said, rethinking her assumptions before.

"So wouldn't it be at the office buildings?" Luis said, opening a box.

"Good point" Sheridan said, walking over to the closest box, realizing she may had been on to something. She opened the box and saw a large brown envelope. She started to open it, when she heard her name. She turned around to face Luis, to see him looking through some photos.

"What are those?" she asked, standing up.

"Photos."

"Of?" Sheridan asked, curiously. Luis stopped flipping through them and handed one to Sheridan for her to see.

"Chad Harris."

"What?" Sheridan said, looking at the photo. It was Chad. He was in the Book Cafe working. The photo was obviously taken from outside, through the window. From the park probably. 'He looks as if he doesn't even know the picture was being taken.' Sheridan thought.

"Now tell me. Do you have any idea why photos of Chad would be behind a locked door, in the basement of you family's home?" Luis asked.

"I don't know. That doesn't make any sense. The only connection Chad's ever had to the Crane's was Ethan before we found out he wasn't Julian's son. So now it's just me. Julian probably doesn't even know Chad exists."

"So then why does he have photos of him under his house?"

"This is Alistair's house. It becomes Julian's when our father dies."

"Now Alistair having pictures of Chad doesn't make anymore sense than Julian having pictures of Chad." Luis said, frustrated. He had to know if Alistair and/or Julian were doing or going to do something to Chad. Chad was too good a person to get caught up in mess with the Crane men.

"I'm going to see if there's anything else here. Maybe something to make some sense of this." Luis said turning back around and looking in the box.

Sheridan nodded her head, 'Why would my family have photos of Chad?' she wondered as she stuck the photo of Chad in her purse. She looked down in her hand and remembered the envelope. She opened it up and pulled out the papers. She looked at the top page in confusion. "What in the world..." Luis stood up and walked over to Sheridan and looked at the paper.

"Baby feet?" Luis asked confused. "Whose are they?"

"Whoever was born in 1974." Sheridan turned to the second paper, "Here's another pair. With the birth year."

"They look a little different around the bottom there, see?" Luis said, pointing on the paper, "Are there two people in your family who was born in 1974?"

"No." Sheridan said, "Luis?"

"Yeah?"

"How old is Chad?"

"He's- what, you don't think one of these are his, do you?"

"I don't know." Sheridan said, turning to the three and paper. "Oh my God." Sheridan and Luis looked at the paper in horror. "it's Chad's birth certificate." Luis said.

"It's just like the other one Chad had before it was burned in that guys apartment." Sheridan said. "The original name's crossed out with 'Chad Harris' in it's place. And the mother and father's crossed out, but there's no name replacing it." Sheridan turned to the fourth and finally paper as Sheridan and Luis looked at it with even more horror and surprise.

"I don't believe this. The birth certificates are exactly the same, except for the names." Luis said as they both stared at the unedited document.
