They talked for a few hours and when it was time to turn in, Julian locked the front door and when he came into the bedroom, Eve was lying in bed, wearing a baby blue teddy.
“Darling, you know what that does to me.” Julian said.

“What?”

“You always wear such sexy little teddies to bed, all I can say is, thank you God!” he said clasping his hands together.

“Why do you think it’s so sexy, after all, I do have a belly.”

“You are even more stunning, carrying our baby. I love you Eve.”

“I love you Julian.”

“Now what do you say we get down and dirty?”

“Excuse me?”

“Honey, as you can recall, before Whitney came to the door, we were just getting into something, perhaps we can continue where we left off in the Jacuzzi.” He said putting his arms around her.

“Well, the girls are downstairs Julian, I mean what if we are in the tub and they need us?” Eve asked.

“They can knock, they are not kids Eve, I am sure they know what goes on between a couple.”

“I don’t like to advertise what we are doing.”

“Eve, you worry far too much about silly things, come on honey, live for the moment, let’s get naked.” He said smiling.

“You are sounding more like the old Julian a bit more every day.”

“Hey, I am still human right? I just want to be with you, I want to see you out of that teddy.” He said admiring her.

“You are just horny.” She said bluntly.

“So what, you are gorgeous and I am turned on immensely by you Eve. Sometimes, you seem a bit worried by the fact that I want you.”

“Julian, I am not comparing you to T.C., but you are just so different or maybe it’s just that I am not used to getting compliments anymore.”

“Honey, I will shower you with compliments, shower you with my love for you, emotionally and physically if you will let me. I can’t help that I want you, I always will, my love is so strong for you Eve. But can I tell you something?” he asked.

“Sure Julian.”

“I do love that you are realistic and practical, but honey, sometimes you still act like you did before we got together, meaning, like how you were when we were sneaking around.”

“I don’t mean to, just habit I guess.”

“Try to break it if you can dear, we are together, nothing or no one is ever going to break us up Eve. You can be adventurous, you can be yourself Eve, you have no worries, and nothing will ever change just how much I love you. I know we need to be serious in this relationship, but you need to have fun too. Eve, if you let me in completely, I will show you the world.” Julian said.

“I will try Julian.”

“That is all I ask love, you are such a good person with such a big heart, that is one reason I am so attracted to you, you have so much love to give and I want to give it in return to you and our baby.” He said.

Eve looked at Julian playing with the straps on her teddy, sliding them up and down her shoulders. Julian positioned her so that she was sitting up, leaning against the pillows. He stared at her and then moved the teddy along her hips ever so slowly as if he would cherish every second of seeing each inch of her body. He then moved it up her stomach, past her chest and she lifted up her arms for him to remove it. Julian admired her, finding it hard to believe to this day that he finally was with her, to make love to, to love unconditionally and spend every day with. He took her hand to his boxers and Eve caressed him before taking them off, which drove Julian wild, the temptation of it all. She kissed him and pushed them down, he moved for one moment to place them on the floor along with her teddy. He looked at her with the bedroom eyes as she said he had and his hand went automatically to her top, caressing her before going any further. She still loved his touch, his hands so strong, but as she went to kiss him, he moved his mouth down her neck and kissed her chest.

“Julian.” She said running her fingers through his hair.

He gazed at Eve, moving his mouth down her stomach, one inch at a time, placing sweet and very gentle kisses along the way. She stared at Julian in such anticipation, no matter how many times they became intimate, each time was more amazing than the last, it was like making love for the very first time, every time. Julian gazed at her one more moment, holding her attention before exploring her body with his tongue. As silent as she tried to be, it was quite difficult, as Julian knew exactly how to fulfill her. She ran her fingers across the back of his shoulder blades, touching him ever so slightly but then she became a bit firmer in her grasp as he continued to love her. As she continued reveling in the enormous pleasure he was giving her, Julian stopped and brought his mouth back up to meet hers, almost teasing her to share a sensual kiss. Eve kissed him deeper with full force, not wanting him to stop. He then ever so slightly slipped his hand along the inside of her leg, allowing him to move them apart. Eve was almost breathless as Julian’s sweet and warm hazel eyes became almost intense in their gaze.

“I love you darling, so very much.” Julian said caressing her cheek.

Eve didn’t answer him, she just couldn’t take her eyes off of him and when he entered her body to become one, she pulled Julian’s body as tightly as she could against hers, not allowing for one single inch of space to be between them. Eve couldn’t help but softly moan as he moved himself around.

“Sweetheart, don’t be afraid to let yourself go.” He said staring at her.

“I want to, but I just don’t want them to hear.”

“Don’t think about that Eve, I want to please you, I want you to enjoy this.” He whispered.

Julian continued with the same rhythm, his eyes yearning and wanting her in every way possible. There was no one in this world that made him feel like she did, physically, emotionally, whole-heartedly. Eve could see the desire in his eyes for her and it made her want him even more. Julian pushed himself to the very limit, before releasing every passion he had for Eve. She wrapped her arms around his neck and carefully caressed the back of his hair as he lay there, not wanting to move, wanting to hold Eve’s gaze with his for as long as he could. He lay there, moving back a strand of hair that had fallen upon Eve’s beautiful face.

“God, how unbelievable, how wonderful and how amazing you are Eve, love is such an incredible thing, no boundaries, no limits, it can take you anywhere, it can take you to any place, love is an endless possibility.” Julian said.

“Our love is forever Julian, our hearts as one.”

“This is my dream come true Eve, I have wanted this for so long, I have had visions, fantasies, of the day that I could be with you and only you. No one and I mean no one will ever tear us apart, I will love you through all of eternity Eve.” Julian said.

“You always know exactly what to say.”

“I mean everything I say with every being of my soul, every moment I share with you brings us closer and restores what faith I have in love, my heart is true, to you and only you my sweet Eve.”

She hugged Julian, she didn’t want to let him go, she only wanted to live the moment of being in his arms, to be cherished, comforted, to be cared for. Knowing that she had such an incredible future to come left her speechless. She was in complete awe of being so much in love and bringing their new baby into this world, a child who would know what it was like to come from parents who loved each other, heart and soul.

“Let me look at you Eve, let me actually remember this moment, every moment we will share together, I am on cloud nine and I will never get off of it.”

She smiled at him, she had never heard Julian use such words, his heart had returned, he was almost like the Julian she knew so many years ago, but now he was even more wonderful and giving, caring and loving. In some ways, their negative past had been a positive impact, things may have been so different if they had not gone through what they did, but no one could turn back the clock, no one could have predicted what would have developed between them over two decades. Life was so changeable, anything could happen and they were proof that determination and true love would stand the test of time. They fell asleep in each other’s arms, comforted by one another. A few hours later, Eve woke up, it was still early and she decided to check on the girls. She crept quietly down the stairs; they slept in the living room, figuring it was easier for Simone to have room that way with her leg. She sat there in the chair, looking at her girls sleeping peacefully; they had been through so much. It was true her love for Julian had caused a lot of heartache and pain for them, but Eve just couldn’t help how much her heart belonged to Julian. She wanted to be the best mother she could be, to her baby and to Whitney and Simone. She wanted the girls to know that even though T.C. and her weren’t together, that she still wanted to give them all the love and support they needed.
