Everyone had gone home after discussing the tape.
"I can't beleive Alastair would pull something like
that to try to turn us against each other," T.C.
said, apologizing again for his behavior.

"T.C., what was on the tape did look pretty bad,"
Rebecca said. "I still can't stand Theresa, but
when I saw that tape, I realized that I actually
do sound like everyone says."

"Rebecca, what was on that tape- that was a long time ago," T.C. said. Rebecca smiled at him.

"Before I was with you- before I learned that I don't
always have to scheme to do everything." Rebecca said. That was one of the reasons Rebecca loved T.C., she didn't need to scheme or manipulate him. She had enjoyed the beginning of her relationship with Julian, before Julian had changed after leaving town for so long, when she had been partners in crime and
helped him take orders from Alastair and cause trouble for the locals, but T.C. was different, they enjoyed each others company without
having to do anything as drastic as tormenting the Lopez-Fitzgerald family. T.C. and Rebecca kissed, feeling closer than ever. His phone rang, he checked the caller ID before deciding whether it was worth
answering. He threw the phone aside, Whitney had been begging him to let her take a short break from tennis
anyways.

Julian led Eve to the bedroom. The two of them had
discussed their worries about Alastair causing
problems for their wedding.

"Oh Julian, I'm just so worried- after what Alastair
did last time to break us up- what if disinheriting
you was only a warning for what he's going to do next?" Eve asked.

"Don't worry, Eve," Julian said. "Father isn't going to get away with it this time." Julian smiled. "Eve, after I'd realized I'd taken you for granted and made a huge mistake chosing the Crane fortune after father wouldn't have our relationship, there's nothing that father can do this time to break us up- we're going through with this wedding. This time around, I'm not going to make the same mistakes."

"Oh, Julian, I hope you're right." Eve said. "I just wish Whitney would accept it-" Eve didn't want to make Julian feel guilty by telling him that 'save it' was all Whitney had to say to Eve earlier, then glaring at her as she went upstairs to pack the rest of her things.

Eve and Julian decided to put their worries behind them for the night, and fell onto the bed in a passionate kiss.
