The phone rang at the Lopez-Fitzgerald house. Pilar answered it.
The Lopez-Fitzgeralds stared, jaws dropped open, and Pilar hang up the phone in shock.
"T.C. sounded mad as hell," Luis said.

"What did he say, mama?" Theresa asked.

"I wouldn't dare repeat it," Pilar said.

"Apparently Rebecca told him about us shoving her over the wharf in a garabage can," Pilar said.

"Now what was that you were saying about little Ethan's birthday?" Luis asked Theresa doubtfully.
Theresa looked down.

"I'm in trouble," Theresa thought. She grinned
nervously. "They probably won't show up."

Rebecca stared at the dvds she had
been watching while she sulked around the bedroom,
wondering how to get rid of the humiliation, not that she could pay much attention to them
anyways with everything that had happened that night. T.C.
filled her in on the situation with Simone. Rebecca
stared at him in shock.

"So you're saying Simone is being supportive of
Eve's pregnancy- and not knowing who the father is?"
Rebecca asked in surprise. "Well, at least she's handling the news better than Whitney,"
Rebecca said in
confusion.

"Yeah, Eve and I were both pretty shocked," T.C.
said. "Rebecca, we are definitely going to have to
do something about these situations that keep
happening with the Lopez-Fitzgeralds." T.C. said.

"Don't worry, I'm filing a restraining order first
thing in the morning," Rebecca said.

"That sounds a little drastic, but something seems to
be happening every other day now." T.C. said.

"Tell me about it," Rebecca groaned. Simone listened
in at the door.

"Yes!" Simone said. "If Rebecca files a restraining
order, then that will probably cause problems in
Whitney and Theresa's friendship because Whitney won't be able to bring Theresa near the house!" Simone said.
She didn't have anything against Theresa, but if it
caused problems for Whitney, she could care less.
"Something tells me having Rebecca around won't be
such a bad thing after all." Simone said.

"Wish Ivy was this easy to manipulate to cause problems for Charity, Rebecca and
Theresa already hated each other, so you really didn't have to do
anything," Kay complained.

"That's the best part! I can act nice about dad marrying Rebecca and mom marrying Julian, and no
one will suspect a thing!" Simone said. "There's
no way this can backfire."

"I'll call Gwen and suggest that she get a restraining order was well," Rebecca said, picking up the phone.
She called the Bennetts and asked for Gwen. A few minutes later she hang up the phone.

"So what did Gwen think?" T.C. asked.

"She was more than ready to file one herself," Rebecca said. "The sooner the better."

The next morning, Gwen and Rebecca had gone down to
the police station and asked to file a restraining
order.

"Did you say anything about Ethan?" Rebecca asked, wondering why Ethan hadn't came to file one too.

"I was afraid he'd try to talk me out of it," Gwen
said.

"He should have had one filed to, but at least you'll
be able to get that girl away from you." Rebecca said.

"This is a bit drastic," T.C. said. "I've known Theresa
forever, but sometimes her behavior just goes too far." T.C. said. "She's always done a lot of things
without thinking, but sometimes even when she thinks
her intentions are good, she just gets so caught up
in what she's doing she forgets to think about where to draw the line."

"What does she expect me to do, just greet her and
act nice towards her every time she comes around me
and Ethan?" Gwen sighed.

"In her delusional mind, probably," Rebecca said.

Sam gave Gwen and Rebecca the details on the restraining orders and general precautions on
stalking.

"I hope these work, because the girl has completely
snapped," Rebecca said as Sam walked away.
