Theirs is a story of redemption and restoration.
IF Passion did nothing else right they struck gold with this story.

This story provokes and makes many uncomfortable.

I love that it's considered off limits. This country in spite of its progress still has trouble with race relationships. We can hide behind words, but it's there.

IMO, it was a bold move to do a bi-racial relationship with middle aged individuals. Thay are viewed differently than younger couples.

As Evian fan ,I noticed the pattern of how their story was presented. Passions presented Eve and Julian in a very negative light with little hints that suggested more.

I always felt that if the show went out of its way to present it negatively, then it had to be something MORE to their story.

IF Passions offers little else, I will always appreciate that it didn't back down to pressure not to develop Evian.

I watch Evian for the following reasons:

1. Ben and Tracey are magic.
2. Julian loses Ten years off of his age with Eve.
3. Julian has a backbone and manhood with Eve.
4. Eve is happy and not sad with Julian.
5. Evian loves each other for who they were and who they have become.
6. Evian are stunning and elegant.
7. Eve and Julian are EQUAL in and out of bed.
8. Eve and Julian had everything to do about love, and not MONEY.
9. It's sexy that he still wants her after a marriage and several affairs.
10. Eve doesn't have to do a thing, but be beautiful to gain Julian's attention.
11. Evian don't have to plot to get together it just Happens naturally.
12. Evian is an example of what a good, mature, and complicated love story should be.
13. Eve inspires Julian to want more for his life.
14. Their son is set to change the Empire structure.
15. Only for Eve and their son will Julian finally fight.
16. Little old Eve had the Great Crane begging for a second chance.
17. In the end this time, Julian will defend Eve's honor.
