I really loved Evian.

When Eve told Liz that if she messed with Whitney she would be ' one dead bitch', I cheered her. I hope that it's become clearer that whatever her faults, Eve loves her daughter. She loves her entire family. Is she perfect? No. But, Liz's fantasies about Whitney being on drugs, and that it's just 'par for the course' in her revenge against Eve is SICK SICK SICK! She DOES NOT care about Whitney, Simone or TC, and they are nothing but tools of revenge. I was glad Eve said what she did. She needed to follow it up with a smackdown right there in the Blue Note.

Then, with Eve talking to Grace about lost love, and how it can last. She was encouraging Grace to tell Sam how she obviously feels, but she was also talking about herself. You could see it in her eyes when she saw Julian walk in with Rebecca. She couldn't take it so she excused herself, and left the Blue Note.

Of course Julian came out to see her, and she told him what she'd told Grace. Julian quietly asks her if she was talking about the two of them, and she admitted that she was. Ben and Tracey are so good at the longing thing. Whenever they get close to one another, I always feel a passionate smooch is just awaiting..LOL

Eve felt it too, and so she told Julian that she had to go back into the Blue Note.

Julian asked her for a dance.

Oh....sigh.....

I've been waiting for them to dance for forever. And, they were wonderful. You could SEE and FEEL their connection. When Eve said that she had never felt closer to Julian, I totally believed her.

Julian told her that she was his first, last and only love. How could she NOT swoon at that?

When they came in for the kiss, it is so obvious where Eve's soul is - with Julian. She can't even help herself anymore.
