Jonah Crane frowned as he saw his sister and aunt walk into the Book Café. As Ericka approached him he frowned. "Did you tell father?" He asked running his fingers through his sandy blonde hair.
Ericka shook her head, "No, not yet."
"Jonah what were you thinking?" Sheridan asked hugging her nephew. "Your car is much darker than the other car parked outside."
Jonah sighed. "I was in a hurry, honest I didn’t mean to break the wrong window. I wasn’t paying attetion."
Ericka looked at her brother. "You were watching some girl weren’t you?" She questioned crossing her arms.
Jonah dropped his head as his light blue eyes fell to the floor. "Maybe." He mumbled.
Ericka raised her hand, smacking her big brother on the back of the head lightly. "Smart Jon real smart!"
"Can we just pay the lady and go?" Jonah frowned. "I am low on funds right now."
Sheridan rolled her eyes. "Where’s the woman at?"
Jonah pointed over at a tall, slim red head in the corner. "That’s here."
Ericka looked at the woman, her hand falling on her mouth. "I know that woman!" She frowned.
"Really? So do you think you can get me off the hook?" Jonah asked smiling.
Ericka shook her head. "I’ve never spoke to her, but I’ve saw pictures of her. "Did you catch her name?"
Jonah smiled. "Ginger, hot little thing isn’t she?"
"Yeah, I suppose you could call her that."
Sheridan looked at Ericka a confused look on her face. "How do you know that girl?"
Ericka shrugged. "She’s dating my best friends father."
"But she can’t be much older than Jasolyn." Sheridan frowned.
"She isn’t, just a couple years older actually." Ericka laughed.
Sheridan simply shook her head, "Well I better go take care of this mess." She said eyeing Jonah.
"Thank you Aunt Sheridan." He smiled.
"Don’t thank me yet Jonah, you will pay me back, and your father will hear about this." She said grabbing his arm. "Now come on, lets go fix this mess."
"Yes ma’am." Jonah frowned.
"And do not call me ma’am. It sound so old!" Sheridan informed his as she dragged him away from Ericka.
Ericka let a grin fall on her face as she took out her cell phone. Dialing quickly she couldn’t help but giggle. "Lori, its Ericka, I have a story to tell you, and girl you’re going to love it." She laughed.

Theresa’s chocolate eyes stared up at Chad, the hurt had seemed to disappear as anger filled them instead. "What did Jasolyn mean? Child you thought you fathered? And why did she tell me to ask you why you came to Harmony?"
"Resa, that ain’t nothing." Chad said his lips sliding into a frown.
"Chad you told us you came to Harmony to look for your parents, you were down on your luck and you found a clue about your parents. You said that’s why you came here. Is that true?"
Chad nodded his head. "Yes, I did come here looking for my parents. That wasn’t a lie."
"Was there a lie? Chad please, be honest with me." She pleaded.
"Oh like you were all honest with me? Girl, how can I believe anything you say? I know how you lied to Ethan, don’t go playing it like I’m the bad one now."
Theresa’s eyes widened, "You didn’t just say that." She whispered. "No, you didn’t just say that to me." ‘
Chad realized what he had said and grabbed Theresa’s hands. "I’m so sorry Resa, it just slipped out."
Theresa moved away from Chad turning her back as she spoke. "Tell me about the girl Chad!"
He sighed, "That story ain’t no big deal!"
"I want to hear it anyway."
Chad felt his body stiffen, "Before I came here, I dated this girl, I thought she was all nice and perfect, you know the kind of girl I could spend my life with."
"And." Theresa swallowed.
"And she got pregnant. She told me the baby was mind, and I wasn’t gonna walk away from my baby. She had this perfect little girl, MaKyla I named her MaKyla. " He smiled. "And I loved that baby girl, I was going to raise her like I always dreamed about being raised ya know?"
"Why didn’t you marry the woman?"
Chad frowned. "After Kyla was born I realized Tara wasn’t about to get married, she told me she wasn’t the marrying kind." He said with a hostile laugh. "Later on I found out just what she was, she cheated on me over and over, and one day she told me Kyla belong to this other dude, this rich dude she’d been in love with for years. I forced her to do a test and when I found out Kyla wasn’t mine I went nuts." Sitting down on the arm of his couch her looked at Theresa. "That’s when I decided to look for my folks, I found a few clues, and I came to Harmony. Resa its not like I hide anything big from you. "
"And I didn’t think I hide anything big from you either." Theresa said turning to look at Chad. "Jasolyn is trying to ruin us, don’t you get it? She dug around until she found things out that neither of us knew about the other, and she knows enough about you to know how you hate lying. Its all her Chad." Theresa cried looking at him. "Jasolyn wants us over."
Chad let out a deep breath, standing up to move toward Theresa, "Does that mean you’re not mad at me?" He asked.
"It means I’m not going to let some little rich twit ruin the best thing I’ve ever had! Chad we both left out chunks of our lives, but that doesn’t make me a liar and it doesn’t make you a bad person." She sighed her hands shaking as she spoke. "Its makes us both human."
Chad nodded his head, "I know you’re not a liar, and girl I do believe you, I’m so sorry I ever said otherwise." He moved his arms toward her, his eyes begging for forgiveness, watching Theresa slowly step forward trembling hands slipping into his as she looked at him tears streaming down her soft face.
"I love you Chad, you got through to me when no one else could, all I want is to start a life with you." She smiled.
Chad wrapped his arms around her, as her head rested on his chest. "I won’t let Jasolyn hurt us baby, I love you, you’ve got to know that."
Theresa smiled. "I do know that, and I’m sorry I didn’t tell you about Noah, honest I just never felt like he was a issue."
"And I should have told you about Makyla and Tara." Chad smiled reaching one hand out to touch Theresa’s face. "I should have let you in."
"So we’re okay?" Theresa asked her eyes searching for answers.
"Yeah we’re okay." Chad smiled leaning down to let his lips touch Theresa’s.

Julian Crane pounded on the door in front of him. "Come on Eve." He coached letting his fist hit the door again. He had stood up to T.C. Russell, a man he had feared for years. Something in his life had finally gave him willpower, something had caused him to find strength.
As the door flung open Julian stood froze staring at the woman in front of him, her face stained from the tears she had cried. Looking at her, he realized she was still beautiful, she was everything he still wanted and needed.
"Julian." She whispered looking up at him. "You came."
"I said I would." He sounded out, trying to act strong, yet in front of her he was crumbling.
She looked at him for a moment and something suddenly swept over her, tears started to fall from her eyes again as she fell into his arms. "Thank God your here." She whispered through the tears as they stood in her doorway holding each other.
