Sasha is at the Port Charles Hotel, when Justus knocks on the door.

" I didn't know if you'd be here."

" I told you that I would, Justus. Come in."

Justus come in. He sits down on the couch and Sasha sits facing him. They are silent for several minutes.

" So, how is your Grandfather?"

" They say that he should make a complete recovery. But, I don't know how true that is. He isn't getting any younger. And this isn't his first heart attack."

" But, from what I hear, he's stubborn as a mule."

" That he is. Heck, he'll probably outlive all of us." Justus gets up and goes to the window. Sasha slowly walks up to him.

" Justus, what's wrong?"

" Wrong? I don't know if anything is actually wrong. Tonight, looking at Edward in that hospital room, I was overcome with emotions that I didn't even know I had. I'll be damned."

" What?"

" I actually love that old buzzard."

They stand there for quite a while, saying nothing.

Sasha and Mai are eating breakfast at Sasha's suite at the Port Charles Hotel. Sasha seems pensive.

" Is there something bothering you, Sasha?"

" Yes, Bobbie Spencer."

" I thought you liked the Spencer woman."

" I do. That's the problem. From the moment we met, I have liked her."

" I don't see the problem."

" Well, that's so unlike me. Usually, I dislike people and take time to warm to them. But, not Bobbie. And as I think about it, the more that I think she was familiar to me, which is why I was drawn to her."

" But, I thought that the two of you had never met."

" We hadn't."

" Well, maybe you thought that you knew her from pictures that Nikolas sent you."

" Niko never sent me pictures of her. And I specifically didn't request one when the dossier was being obtained, because I did not want a face to throw me off. But, I cannot shake the feeling that she is familiar."

" What are you going to do about it?"

" I want you to prepare another dossier on her for me. And as thorough as you were last time, I want no stone left unturned. I want to know everything there is to know about Bobbie Spencer."

Setting: Pierce Dorman’s apartment.It is dark, and there is someone sitting on the couch waiting for him. He enters the apartment.

“ Well, Hello Pierce. “

(startled) “What the hell are you doing here?”

“ Aren’t you happy to see me?”

“ NO ”

“ Well, too bad.(enormous sexual overtones in her voice) I’m still remembering our last encounter. I’ve missed my favorite surgeon.”

“ Favorite?(sarcastic) You mean there’s more than one?”

“ Why don’t you get over here and we’ll renew old acquaintances. You are still good for SOMETHING.”
 

Later on in bed.

“  Now, for our talk.”

“ There is nothing to talk about. I did as you asked, and framed Jax with the drugs. “

“ Yes, I knew that it would be an easy assignment for you considering that you used me as practice years ago. I am guessing that Jax never knew what “smacked” him. You’re such a thorough little toad, Pierce. And I do appreciate your help. “

“ How’s Helena?”

“ Yaya is not doing to well. Her health is deteriorating rapidly. We don’t think that she has much more time left.”

Dorman is taking this in. So, Sasha does not know all. Pierce has been helping Helena improve for quite a while. He knows that she is FAR from death’s door, as her family believes.

“ I want you to know that I consider us even.”

“ EVEN?! Pierce, please. I let you live because your uncle made such a compelling case for you...and becuase we got his business in Uruguay.” (Gets up and is getting dressed.)

“ I thought better of you Pierce. I mean, a Heroin-dealing neurosurgeon? What’s the world coming to?”

“ You’re a Cassadine, and you’re judging me?”

“ I may be a Cassadine, but I don’t deal drugs to children. Even Cassadines have their limits. “

“ I need help in disposing of my extra cash.”

“ I don’t launder drug money.”

“  I don’t think YOU understand. I see our relationship as mutually beneficial. (threatening) What do you think that the good people of Port Charles would say about the Cassadines,  if I told them that I spent the better part of a year helping Stefan bring about the destruction of General Hospital? I doubt that they would look favorably upon you and your family. I think that they would jump to the side of that guy Spencer. (almost a command) So, I expect a little help from you with my money.”
 

(They had been playing a little bondage. Dorman is tied up to the bedposts. Sasha takes a scarf and start teasing him with it. She wraps it around his neck. He thinks that it’s a game, but then she begins to tighten it. Clearly, she is choking him, and he is gasping for breath.)

“ Don’t you EVER threaten me? Am I UNDERSTOOD? It is by my mercy that you live today. Whatever you THINK you know, better be kept inside that warped brain of yours...AM I CLEAR?!”

(barely able to articulate the answer) “Crystal!”

“Good. I am glad that we cleared this all up. “(Sasha gets up and starts to get dressed)

“ What do you have against Jax?”

“ I thought that the drug issue will keep him sufficently occupied, so that I can do what I need to do.”

“  Which is? “

“ None of your concern. “

“ How were you so sure that I was a drug supplier?”

“ Pierce, all one needs is the right information. As I was researching Sonny, I came across a picture of him and his late wife. To say that I was suprised would be an undertstatement. There was Sonny, and your dear precious cousin Lily. I never could forget your almost obsessive protection and devotion to her that summer that our yachts were anchored off the Venezuelan coast. And once I found out that you were on-staff at GH, and knowing the type of connections that you have....it was a fairly simple puzzle.”

“  Simple? Well, no one else has put it together.”

“ But they will. And I doubt that Sonny Corinthos will be as forgiving as I was.”

“ No, he won’t. But by the time I am finished with him, he will be dead, for what he did to Lily.  “

“ Well, I have to go. I am sure that there will be no need for any further meetings.”

“Goodnight Sasha.”

Justus spends time thinking about his conversation with Edward. He makes a decision and goes to see Sasha Cassadine at her suite at the Port Charles Hotel. He surprises her with flowers, and all the best dinner foods. When Sasha opens the door, she sees the waiters bringing in all this stuff.

“What is THIS?”

(giving her Roses) “ For you, ma’am. “

“ And what did I do to deserve ALL of this? “

“  It’s what you’re about to do that will earn you it all. Please, take a seat, and let’s feast. “

They have a great dinner. But now it is time to talk.

“ That was wonderful. So, now, what is it you want me to do? And how’s your grandfather?”

“ Edward is fine. I want to talk to you about Jasper Jacks.”

“  Jasper? What do you want to know?”

“  Not know. Do. I want to take him down. Ruin him. “

“  Really? You?”

“ No, US. I want to you to help me destroy him. Takeover J&J Jacks, Ltd., and throw Corporate Kangeroo out on his keester. “

“  Destroy....takeover....ruin....now you’re talking NASTY to me. “

“ Well? ”

“  I can’t say that I’m not interested. But are YOU ready for what has to be done? Do you have what it takes? “

“  Yes.”

“  Justus, the only game I play is “WINNER TAKES ALL”. The stakes are high, and once I focus in on a target, I play it out until the end. I show no mercy, and will only accept complete surrender. “

“  Complete surrender? Is that only in business?”

(ignoring last comment, but fully cognizant of it) “ Why me?”

“  I thought that if ANYONE would have sufficient motivation to go against the Jacks’ it would be you. I know what happened in Malaysia.”

“  So, you have done your research. Yes, it’s true. I have waited a long time to “repay” my former in-laws for their Malay lesson. Alright, Justus, I’ll help you go after Jax. But, it’s between the two of us. Nothing to Ned or your grandfather. The loop goes no further than this room. Large loops have loose lips, and surprise is the best weapon to have on your side. “

They clink their glasses in agreement.
