” Why don’t you go and get a life.”, Carly hisses.

” I had a life, until you came and destroyed it.”

” Oh, please. Why won’t you ever take responsibility for what you did. You left your life. You slept with me. Give me a break, Tony. You heard what you wanted to hear.”

” Well, my life was fine until you, the little whore, wormed her way into it.”

” Fine?” Carly laughs. “ What a joke. You wanted out of that marriage, and I was your first ticket. You’re such a loser, Tony. Face it, nobody wants your old, tired pathetic butt. Now, leave me and my family alone.”

“ Tough talk from a sociopath. Of course, I see who’s been giving you lessons.”

” Are you done?”

” For now. Until I get my child away from you and this brain-damaged, unemotional criminal.”

“ Rinaldo, wheel Carly and Michael to the elevator. “ Once they have left, Jason goes up to Tony. “ I will say this once. You go near Michael and Carly ever again, and you will wish that you had the ‘brain-damage’ that I have.”

“ Are you supposed to be scaring me?”

Jason walks away. When he gets to the elevator,

” Jase, what did you say to him?”

“ Enough.”

The door open and on the elevator are Bobbie and Stefan. Carly and Jason hesitate.

“ There’s enough room.”, Bobbie says. Jason wheels Carly on. Bobbie and Carly are side by side. Stefan and Jason are side by side behind them. Rinaldo is at the control panel.

“ So, you’re well enough to go home?”, Carly asks.

“ Um, yeah. The doctors say that I will need complete bedrest.”

” You must be bummed.”

” Not really.  You do what you have to do.”

During this time, Jason notices that Carly has shifted Michael from one arm to the other, so that he’s facing Carly. She pretends that she’s adjusting his blanket so that his face is showing. Michael is awake and looking out. His little hands are reaching out of the blanket. Carly takes one of the hands in hers and kisses it.

” That’s Mama’s little boy, isn’t it. Yeah, you’re such a good baby.”

” He’s very handsome. Did you name him yet?”

” Yes. His name is Michael Robert Morgan.”

” Michael. That’s a strong name.”

” After Sonny.”

Stefan arches his eyebrow upon hearing Sonny’s name. At that moment the elevator opens. Carly and Michael are wheeled off in one direction to a waiting limo. Stefan helps Bobbie into the Cassadine limo.

In Jason’s limo, “ I thought you didn’t care if Bobbie had any contact with Michael.”

” I don’t. But, I thought she might be curious.”

” Well, you should have seen her old man when I said Michael was named after Sonny. I thought he was going to drop right then and there.” Jason laughs.

Carly laughs too. “ For the life of me, I can’t understand how the two of them got together.”

” Luke claims it’s a Cassadine plot.”

“ Yeah. Well, Luke needs to get over himself. He’s not the center of the Universe.”

Bobbie is looking out the window deep in thought.

“ Well, at least, you have gotten to see your grandson, Barbara.”

“ Yes. I know. Seeing Caroline today, I can’t help think of what might have been.”

” Life is too short to live with regret. You should focus on the future. Our baby.”

” Yes..” Bobbie leans back against the seat and closes her eyes. Stefan doesn’t say anything but notices the single tear that goes down her cheek.

Carly and Jason come into the living room of the Penthouse. Laeticia greets them.

“ How do you Mrs. Morgan? I am Laeticia. Mr. Morgan hired me to be your son’s nanny.”

” Michael. His name is Michael. “

” Would you like for me to take him upstairs to the Nursery?”

” Not yet. I am going to hold him for just awhile longer.”

They hear a crash in the kitchen.

” Laeticia, I thought Graciella said that she wasn’t going to be in.”, Jason asks.

“ She’s not. Your guest is in there.”

” My guest.”

Carly and Jason turn towards the kitchen and see Robin coming from there.

“ MOMMY!!”, Lucas exclaims upon seeing Bobbie being wheeled into Wyndemere.
He runs up to her and gives her a kiss.

” Hi sweetie. How are you?”

” I’m fine. Is the baby OK?”

“ For now, at least.”

” Good. Nikolas and I planned a party for you, Mommy. A Welcome Home Party.”

Bobbie spies the decorations. “ So I see. You did all of this?”

“ Yep. Me and Nikolas...”

” Nikolas and I...”

” Nikolas and I painted the sign ourselves. And, I picked out the rest of the decorations. And, gifts.”

“ Gifts?”

” Yes. For you and the baby.”

Nikolas comes over to Bobbie and kisses her. “ Hi, Bobbie. Welcome home.”

” It’s good to be back home. Alexis.”

“ Bobbie. You don’t just look well. You’re glowing. “

” You think so.”

” Definitely. You look radiant. Pregnancy agrees with you.”

” Thanks.”

” Well, Barbara, I believe it’s time to open your presents.” Stefan lifts Bobbie out of the wheelchair and places her on the couch. Lucas comes to sit next to her.

“ Nikolas, do you want to sit next to me?”, Bobbie asks.

” Sure.” Nikolas goes by her. Stefan and Alexis watch as Lucas gives Bobbie a box.

“ Where is Sasha?”

” She had to go on a business trip. But, sorry Lucas.” Nikolas grabs a box. “ Sasha said that she was first, or else.”

Bobbie opens the box and inside was a blanket. It was handmade and multi-colored. Bobbie saw that Stefan reacted to it.

” What’s wrong, Stefan.”

“ Nothing. It was the first thing I ever bought for Katya that I chose myself. It covered her for the first months of her life. And, then, it covered Nikolas when he was baby. I did not know that she kept it. I have not seen it in years.”

” Well, you have wonderful taste. And, I can’t wait to put it on our baby.”

“ Now  open mine, Mommy!”

“ OK.” Bobbie opens it up to see a Winnie the Pooh doll and book. Upon closer inspection of the book, Bobbie sees that it’s a signed first edition. She turn to Nikolas. “ You did this.”

“ Guilty. But, Lucas wanted you to have a book to go along with the bear. It wasn’t any problem.”

Bobbie kisses Lucas. “ Thank you, sweetie. This is the best.” She then kisses Nikolas, who blushes. “ You’re the best too. I’ve missed this, Nikolas. The two of us.”

“ Me too, Bobbie. Me too.”

Sasha arrives at the house in England. From the moment she enters, she senses something is wrong.

“ Tia....Penny......Is anyone here?”

“ You know, you didn’t tell them that you were coming. So, for you to believe that they would just be sitting here waiting for you, is unrealistic.”

“ You’re right. I will go upstairs and take a shower.”

” Good. I’ll do the same and get us something to eat.”

Bobbie is being settled into the Master Bedroom at Wyndemere. Stefan has arranged it so that there is a nurse outside of her door at all times. Plus, he has installed an intercom system, so that Bobbie can order anything she wants whenever she wants. Stefan is checking around the room to make sure that all of Bobbie’s needs will be met.

“ That was a wonderful party Nikolas and Lucas arranged.”

“ I am pleased that you enjoyed it. That was the purpose. Well, since I see that everything is in order, I will leave you.”

“ You’re not staying?”

“ No. I had my belongings moved into a guest bedroom down the hall.”

” Oh. Bye then.”

Stefan turns towards the door when he hears Bobbie cry out. He rushes back to Bobbie.

“ Barbara, what is wrong? Are you in pain?”

Bobbie smiles. “ No, not pain. The baby kicked..Hard. See, feel it.” Bobbie takes Stefan’s hand and places it against her stomach. It’s there for a few moments when Stefan feels the kick.

“ Is that the baby?”

” Yes.”

” Strong.”

” Very, I’d say.”

“ Well, that was a delight. I will see you in the morning, Barbara.” Stefan starts to walk away, when..

” Stefan..”

” Yes, Barbara.”

” You know, there’s no reason why you should have to sleep in a strange bedroom. Besides, I don’t think that I should be alone at night. You know, something might go wrong. Of course, if you prefer...”

” No. You are absolutely right, Barbara. It was my shortsightedness that did not consider your needs. I believe it is too late to have my belongings moved back here, but, I will go change for bed and return.”

“ Fine.”

Sasha goes upstairs and takes a hot shower. Afterwards, she takes the present that she had for Tia out of her luggage. Sasha goes into Tia’s room and begins to notice things. Little things like Tia’s favorite blanket and bear. She never sleeps without them. Also, her jewelry box was missing and the book of tales that Penny read to her every night. She went to the closet and saw that her suitcase was gone.

“ Mai. MAI !!”

Mai came into the room. “ What is it, Sasha?”

” She’s gone. Tia’s gone.”

” Where?”

” I don’t know where. But, we have to find out. Do you know where Penny’s address book is?”

“ Yes.”

“ Bring it.”

Mai goes and finds the address book. “ Here.”

Sasha undoes the binder and takes out half of it. “ You call this half, I’ll call the other.”

“ Sasha...”

“ JUST DO IT!! “

After about 20 minutes of calling, Sasha stops to collect her thoughts. The phone rings.

“ Hello?”

” Hi, Mummy.”

” Tia darling, where are you?”

” On a trip.”

” I know sweetheart, but where?”

” I don’t know. I’m having a great time. Lots of fun.”

Sasha relaxes. “ You and Penny enjoying yourselves?”

” No, Mummy. Not me and Penny. Me and Great-Grandmother.”

Sasha drops the phone.
