Theresa cried in her jail cell as Pilar broke the
news to Theresa that Woody had bailed on her and
was no longer going to defend her in court.
"I've lost everything, mama," Theresa said. "I lost Ethan, I'm in prison- and I've lost my son." Theresa
said.

"Theresa, I don't know how and I've never been too
big on your fate fantasies, but now is not the time to give up on fate." Pilar said.

"No, mama, look at what's happened to my life." Theresa said.

"Theresita, I don't think fate is going to give you the life you want with Ethan, but I do beleive fate will help you get your son back." Pilar said.

"I don't know, mama." Theresa said.

Meanwhile, Martin Fitzgerald was hiding in the LFs tool shed listening in on Pilar's conversation with Theresa from a device he had put on her purse.

"Damn those Cranes." Martin said. "They will not get custody of my daughters son." Martin wished he had
a warmer place to stay than the tool shed and cursed the Cranes for causing him to take off. Martin thought of what he'd like to do to Julian to make him pay.

"Woody- the contract?" Rebecca asked.

"Where are my manners Mrs. C?" Woody joked. Woody signed the contract. Rebecca smirked and quickly hid the contract before anyone could see them. She handed the contract to Julian, who sneaked it into his jacket. Woody couldn't have been more thrilled to
receive his million dollars. Woody thanked the Cranes for his money then said their secret was safe with him and slipped out of the Sea Scape.

"We really need to stop making these one million dollar deals," Julian said. He had already lost
a million getting his ex wife out of the mansion.

"Trust me, pookey, it'll be more than worth it."
Rebecca said.

Endora used her powers to drag Tabitha over to the
magic bowl.

"Whats the rush Endora?" Tabitha exclaimed. Tabitha
gasped as she recognized the man.

"Oh my gosh- its Martin Fitzgerald!" Tabitha exclaimed. "Whats he doing back in Harmony?"
Endora wanted to use Martin as a test subject for
her powers. Martin breifly looked confused as a strange wind was in the shed.

"Endora cut it out! We musnt use our powers right now, with all of this trial nonsense going on and the whole town getting ready to go at each others throats you'd be setting us up to be found out as witches!"
Tabitha said. Endora pouted. "I know Endora, you need to be able to use your magic or you get cranky,"
Tabitha said. Tabitha talked in baby talk to try to
keep Endora from going into powers withdraw. Endora really wanted to use someone who hadn't been in Harmony in a long time as a test subject!
