Love Spells ch. 14 Planning A Rescue

      Julian and Rebecca arrived at the mansion. Once they were upstairs, Julian looked into Theresa and Ivy's bedrooms with disgust to see that all of their belongings were still inside.
      "I swear, it's like people think that I'm running a hotel." Julian said.

      "I'm having these things shipped to Grace's Bed and Breakfast," Rebecca said.

      "I want Ivy and Theresa out of here as soon as possible." Julian said.

      "That's not soon enough," Rebecca said.

      "Let's see- which room will be better for the baby's room? Ivy's or Theresa's." Julian said.

      "Neither!" Rebecca said.

      "They're both big rooms-" Julian said. "I don't get it."

      "We don't want our baby to have nightmares, do we, pookey?" Rebecca asked.

      "Good point," Julian said with a smirk. "Ivy still gives me nightmares."

      "Well, at least we finally have the house to ourselves instead of running a boarding house." Rebecca said.

      "I still can't believe father actually made me think that I was married to Theresa just so he could scare her away from the Crane power." Julian said.

      "Yeah, he should know that I don't share my pookey." Rebecca said.

      "Phyliss!" Julian called. Phyliss walked upstairs.

      "Yes, Mr. Crane?" Phyliss asked.

      "Start packing Theresa and Ivy's things." Julian said.

      "Shouldn't Theresa and Ivy pack their own things?" Phyliss asked.

      "I asked you to get rid of it." Julian said.

      "Yes, Mr. Crane." Phyliss said in annoyance.
 

      At the hospital, John noticed Kay standing by herself lost in thought.

      "Hi Kay," John said.

      "John, just the person I was looking for," Kay said.

      "Huh?" John asked in confusion.

      "I over heard someone talking, and it seems that" Kay stopped when she heard Ethan and Chad arguing.

      "Ethan, it's too dangerous." Chad said.

      "My father is in trouble," Ethan said. "I have to do something." Kay listened as Chad couldn't persuade Ethan.

      "So, Ethan's going to be the hero?" Kay thought sarcastically. "Now mom will be worshiping the ground that he walks on. I have to put a stop to that." Kay followed Ethan.

      "Ethan, I'm coming too," Kay said.

      "Kay, it's too dangerous." Ethan said.

      "That's what I just told you, man," Chad said.

      "Kay, you have to stay here with Grace and Jessica." Ethan said. "They'll need you."

      "Yeah, at the next ice age." Kay thought sarcastically. "What if they find Simone?" Kay asked.

      "I don't think there's any talking her out of it," Chad said.
