A Night of Passion, Chapter 14 (Evian)

“What?”

“You heard me,” he turned his back to her and ran a hand through his hair.

“Julian, you must be mistaken,” she shook her head and laughed, “Where did you get this from?”

“From J.J. himself,” Julian faced her.

“No?”

“Yes.” He nodded.

“Oh, Julian!” she walked up to him and touched his cheek, “He didn’t mean what he said…”

Julian turned his head to avoid her eyes. He didn’t want her to see him hurt, but she did.

“Julian…we’ll talk to him,” she turned his face to hers, and then hugged him, “He’ll come around…I promise.” She pulled slowly from him, feeling his cheek against hers, “Julian?” she whispered before he leaned in and kissed her.

His arms went around her and brought her close to him as he kissed her passionately. And it was as she was beginning to lose herself in his kisses, that Eve suddenly pulled back and slapped him!

“How dare you?!” she breathed hard trying to catch her breath, “You made up that story, didn’t you?! Didn’t you?! Just so I’d feel sorry for you…and then you took advantage me…”

Julian scoffed.

“If that’s what you want to believe…fine,” he shrugged, “You know where the door is, Eve,” he nodded towards the patio door and then walked away.

Eve rolled her eyes and was about to walk out, when she heard some heavy footsteps treading out in front of her…

Outside she was going to ask J.J. if what his father said was true…but as she approached him, she didn’t even have to ask a thing. Just from his avoidance of eye contact, she knew. After J.J. then confessed minutes later, Eve was going to have him apologize to Julian…AFTER she did first.

“Julian?” Eve knocked on his bedroom door.

She walked in when she heard the faucet running. He was in there, and she was going to wait for him to come out.

Eve walked over to the desk and noticed a book that was opened.

Wait a minute, it was familiar. Her eyes widened as she stared back at herself. Eve leaned over and planted her hands on the desk as she stared down into the yearbook.

What was Julian doing with this?

Walking out of the bathroom with only a towel around his waist, Julian wrinkled his brows and wondered what she was doing in his room.

He walked up to her and noticed what she was looking at and smiled.

His hands reached around her, under her blouse, and cupped her breasts.

“Do you remember the good ol’ days, darling?” he asked as he kissed her neck.

Eve leaned back against him, trying to pry his hands off of her, but couldn’t seem to…OR couldn’t seem to want to…

“I loved the way you chanted my name that night, darling…I loved the way it felt being in you…” he whispered into her hair.

“Mm-hmm…” she moaned out.

“Do you remember how so connected we were? How it felt?” he panted as he lifted her t-shirt over her head.

“Yes…I, I didn’t think you…remembered…” her hands found the slit in the towel at his waist and opened it.

“I wish you had never left,” he moaned as he felt the towel leave his body, “I even looked for you…”

“What?” she stopped kissing his face.

“You were involved with another man…”

“I…I…” she searched his eyes.

“Shhh,” he quieted her with kisses, “I don’t want to hear about you with another person,” he groaned and looked down to watch her shorts drop to the floor.

Julian lifted her onto the desk and closed his eyes as she whimpered. The sounds she made always drove him wild.

He leaned her back and was just about to suckle her right breast when he stopped and pulled from her…

“Julian?” she said as she watched him walk back to the bed and sit on the edge.

“I’m sorry, Eve,” he shook his head and rubbed the back of his neck, “I can’t,” he put a pillow over his lap, “I can’t go through with this…”

“What?” she asked in shock.

Was Julian really refusing to touch her? She was just going to have to test him…

“I thought you’ve wanted this,” she sauntered up to him and removed the pillow.

“Eve stop!” he shouted, “I will not make love to you…until you are mine,” he raised a brow, “Because I know if we go through with this today…you’re just going to go back home to him. I don’t want to share you, Eve, I shouldn't have to,” he shook his head, “I refuse to share you. Just go, Eve…go. I’m sorry…”

“What did you tell daddy?” Abigail, with hands on hips, stood in front of her little brother.

“Nothing…”

“If you hurt him…then you hurt me. What did you tell him?”

“I said…I told him…that I didn’t need another dad,” he looked the other way and lowered his voice, “I already had one…”

“You didn’t?”

He nodded.

“Oh, J.J.! Daddy must be hurt…how could you?”

“What?! I don’t know who he is!”

“He’s your dad! AND he loves you more than you know!” she yelled back, “Just imagine…” she thought for a second, “How would you feel if when you went home, and Bren didn’t want to play with you anymore…”

He thought about it and looked to her.

He’d be crushed if his dog never wanted to be with him…

“I wouldn’t like it; I’d be kinda…kinda…sad.”

“Well, why don’t you think about how dad feels?” she raised a brow and left him to attend her buddies.

J.J. thought about it and realized that he needed to apologize to his father, and needed to give him a chance…

…but as he stood, he watched as his mother stormed out of the mansion. She looked upset…but why?

Eve was upset! Ohh, that Julian! She hated him! Hated him for turning her down, because she wanted him…NEEDED him!
