TC couldn’t even look Sam in the eye as he was locked in his jail cell.

“I’m very disappointed in you, TC.” Sam said. “I never thought I’d see the day when I had to lock up my own best friend. TC was so ashamed that he couldn’t even look Sam in the eye as the key was inserted into the lock. “I’m keeping you in here until we can find some professional help to get your anger under control.” Sam said.

“Prison,” TC sighed. “I don’t believe it.”

“Get used to it,” Sam said. “The entire police department thinks that you are a danger to society. You trespassed into the Crane mansion and you attacked Julian. Just because Eve tried to get your anger under control you assumed that she was defending Julian because you thought he was making passes at her and just barged into the Crane mansion and attacked Julian! Now I agree that Julian is scum, but I had to arrest my best friend.”

“That bastard cost me my tennis career,” TC seethed.

“Tennis isn’t doing you much good where you ended up, is it?” Sam asked. TC looked up.

“I don’t even know anymore,” TC said.

“Do you really think it’s doing Eve and your daughters much good that you are so angry over your tennis career you forbidden Whitney to date and you attacked Julian because you’re so angry over tennis?” Sam asked.

“What does everyone have against Whitney not dating? She’s only focusing on our dream!” TC said.

“That’s exactly it. Whitney never got to date, teenage girls date, TC. What do you think Eve probably did as a teenager? Dated! Kay and Jessica dated, Charity dated, hell I’m sure even Grace dated before we met.” Sam said. “I don’t think letting Whitney date would interfere with her tennis, she could work around it if you didn’t pressure her so hard! I’m saying this as your best friend, but you really need to back off on the whole tennis thing and give your family some breathing room! I mean you keep Whitney so hectically scheduled that you blew up at Eve because she needs to be able to work to support your family!” Sam said. “You made it sound like Whitney’s tennis career doesn’t mean anything to Eve when she is working hard to provide a good life for you and the girls! How do you think that made her feel? Like the only thing that matters is tennis, tennis, tennis.”

“I have to carry out my father’s dream,” TC said regretfully.

“TC, I’m not trying to be disrespectful but if your father were watching do you think he’d want to see your family in constant tension and the pressure you’re under? How about the pressure you put Eve and the girls under?”

“I just want to make my father proud. It broke his heart when I couldn’t play tennis anymore.” TC said.

“TC, if your father were alive today I think he would be proud of your family. That should be enough for you.” Sam said. “My family isn’t perfect, we’re not even on speaking terms all of the time but I might not be too proud of some of the choices they make or the things they do but it doesn’t make me any less proud of them.” Sam said. Sam walked away. TC sighed in his cell guiltily.

“Is Sam right?” TC asked. “Is my tennis really responsible for ruining my family?” TC looked down at his handcuffs, reality finally staring him in the face. “I really do need help,” TC admitted.

Rebecca sat down by Julian in the hospital room and held Julian’s hand. “How is my pookey feeling?” Rebecca asked. Julian’s head was still throbbing from the attack.

      “Ow, my head,” Julian said.

“Poor pookey,” Rebecca said. “At least TC is behind bars where he belongs,” Rebecca said in annoyance. Julian sat up in surprise.

“Wait, did you say TC is in prison?” Julian asked.

“TC is in jail.” Rebecca said. “Luis and Sam arrested him,” Rebecca said.

“Oh no, Eve,” Julian thought, remembering Eve followed TC to the mansion. “She must have had to watch TC get arrested.”

“Julian, do you hear me?” Rebecca asked.

     “What was that?” Julian asked.

“You were a million miles away, pookey.” Rebecca said.

     “I-I was?” Julian asked.

“You had this look on your face like you were thinking about love,” Rebecca said.

“Love?” Julian asked in surprise. Rebecca looked at Julian sympathetically.

“Oh, it all makes sense now.” Rebecca said. Julian wondered if Rebecca was starting to piece his past with Eve together.

“Well, before TC attacked you, you were in the library listening to your tape, so you must have been thinking about your first love.” Rebecca said. Julian was surprised that Rebecca was being sympathetic instead of jealous like she had been earlier. Rebecca wasn’t sure about the same thing, she had been very jealous when she overheard Ivy and David talking at the Bennett house but now she realized that if Julian could have been with this woman, he would, so she must have gotten married or something. He still hoped that TC would realize what his temper was doing to his family.

      Meanwhile, Beth looked for Precious.

“Mother, have you seen Precious?” Beth asked.

“I thought Precious was supposed to be my caretaker, not the other way around.” Mrs. Wallace said.

“Mother, we have to find Precious.” Beth said.

“That dumb ape? This gives you an excuse to hire a human nurse, then I can tell everyone the truth- that you are trying to kill Sheridan!” Mrs. Wallace said.

“This is exactly why I can’t hire a human nurse, mother!” Beth said.

“I’ll stop you from catching that monkey!” Mrs. Wallace said.

“Oh just try and stop me, I dare you.” Beth said.

“I’m sure Precious will find a nice home at the Harmony zoo.” Mrs. Wallace said.

“Mother, shut up and help me catch the stupid monkey.” Beth said.

“Beth, Precious isn’t a monkey, she’s an orangutang, get it straight, and she’s a heck of a lot smarter than you!’ Mrs. Wallace said.

“We’ll see about that,” Beth said. Hank knocked on the door. Beth answered the door, startled to see Hank.

“Well, I see I caught you two by surprise,” Hank said.

“Oh, no you didn’t.” Mrs. Wallace said.

“Oh Hank, thank goodness you’re here,” Beth said, throwing her arms around Hank. “You have to help us find Precious, she escaped. I can’t hire a human nurse to take care of mother, she scares them all off, you have to help us!”

      “Ok,” Hank said.

“Thank you so much, Hank, we’d both be lost without Precious!” Beth said. Mrs. Wallace shook her head in disbelief.

“Let’s just find the blasted gorilla and get this over with.” Mrs. Wallace said. Beth, Hank, and Mrs. Wallace left to search for Precious.

Meanwhile, Gwen drove down a road, not sure where she was going. She just had to get out of the apartment and away from all of her memories of Ethan, but how was she supposed to do that? Soon, Gwen saw some bright headlights of an on coming vehicle swerve out of the way. Gwen quickly swerved.

Luis swerved to avoid hitting the oncoming car. “Damn, Luis, you’re going to have to quit feeling sorry for yourself and pay attention to the road-“ Luis ordered himself, but it was too late. Luis and Gwen both slammed on the breaks, but the tires screeched as they crashed into each other! Luis and Gwen both got out uninjured to see if the other driver was ok.

     “Luis?” Gwen asked in surprise.

“Gwen?” Luis asked, also surprised. Gwen gasped, noticing she had left a gigantic dent in Luis’s car.

“Oh no, Luis, your police car,” Gwen said.

“Don’t worry about it,” Luis said. “I should have been paying attention to the road,” Luis said.

“It’s not your fault, I couldn’t pay attention to the road either,” Luis said. Luis and Gwen tried to fight it, but found themselves in a passionate kiss! After the kiss, they stared at each other wondering what had happened.
