Whitney and Ethan: A New Beginning (Chapter 2)

When Whitney arrived Theresa's car was already sitting in her driveway, Whitney was excited to tell Theresa but as they walked into the house Whitney said nothing until Theresa finally broke the silence.
"What's going on Whitney you're killing me here!!"
"I'll tell but first I have something I need to ask you, You told me you were over Ethan, is that true?"
"I'm married, to his brother now, I let Ethan slip away and I've finallly excepted that, don't you see I want to be with Fox, I chose him even after, I found out baby Ethan was Ethan's son, I don't love Ethan anymore! Well I guess a part of me will always love Ethan but I'm so over him, he was my first love, but it just wasn't meant to be."
"I kissed him Theresa, It all started because, chad's never around and I just wanted someone to talk to, but the more time I spent with him my feelings for him grew until suddenly I love him, I realized it all Tonight, I think I'm really in love with Ethan!" Whitney said it felt so good, to get this out in the open to tell someone how she really felt but Theresa face suddenly twisted in anger.
"Whitney, how could you, you know I've been in love With him my whole life, now I may be over him, but that doesn't mean I want my best friend to be with him either. I can't believe you would do this to me! This is ETHAN Whitney, I hate myself everyday, for lying to him and ending our relationship forever, I will alway care for him."
"But Theresa you just said you were over him, and you didn't want to be with him anymore, now all of a sudden you've changed your mind, is that hypocritical."
"What about CHAD? Whitney, he's your husband. Shouldn't you care about his feelings? Ethan is his BEST FRIEND!"
"I will always care about Chad but I need to be with someone I can love Theresa, I need to be with someone I can talk to I've always thought that most important part about being in love with being with you best friend and that's what Ethan is to me!"
"Well Whitney, I can't believe this! I'm not still in love with Ethan, but I'm not comfortable with you being with him so if you try this thing with Ethan consider our friendship over forever."
"If that's the way you see it maybe you were never really my friend were you? Now get out of my house!" At that Theresa stormed out so Angry she could barely contain herself. Whitney wanted to cry but at least in her angry she had realized the truth, she was in love with Ethan and she had to try this with him no matter what the cost.
Meanwhile...
Ethan called Sheridan just minutes after Whitney stormed out he told her everything, she gave him the advice he had needed. He really needed to talk to Whitney tell her how he felt about her, tell her he was in love with her, and if she still wanted Chad, he would back off. Whitney was always saying that her Dream was to fall in love with her best friend, well Ethan knew that was what was meant to happen. So he was ready to win Whitney's heart no matter what it took.
After thinking about his options for just a few minutes, Ethan knew what he had to do, He called his sister Kay and asked if Shana could go play with her daughter Akya (Ah-Ki-Ah) and Kay had said it was fine so he grabbed his keys and took Shana to Kay and Miguel's. After Shana was safely playing he left, he went to Whitney's but her car wasn't in the driveway, so he drove around for a few more minutes then decided to go home.
When he got there he couldn't believe his eyes, Whitney's car was in the driveway. He got and ran into the house.
"Whitney, are you here?" He screamed excitedly as he entered, but before he got his answer, he saw her sitting on at the kitchen Table.
"I used the key you gave me I hope you don't mind."
"No not at all Whit."
"Oh Ethan I-I had to come back, I had this fight with Theresa and it made me realized, I can't stay with Chad, I don't love him and when he comes back, I'm going to tell him the truth."
"And what exactly is the truth?"
"That I'm in love with you Ethan."
"Oh Whitney, I love you too!" At that they ran to eachother and embraced after a moment of ackward starring their lips met again in a passionate kiss.
