Note: Takes place the day of the double wedding. Everyone got married. Simone was released from the hospital intime to go to the ceremony.

      Simone walked around searching for Chad at the wedding reception. Walking outside, she heard him apparently in an argument with someone. She walked a little closer in the direction of Chad's voice. Suddenly she spotted him from behind a tree.

      "We can't keep doing this, Whitney. It's not right."

      "And what about what Simone saw, was that right?"

      'Why are Chad and Whitney talking about me? What did I see?'
      "We don't know for sure if she did see us together. And if she did, well, that gives us even more reason to tell her the truth."

      "She told me she saw it, Chad. Only she thinks it was a dream and that's what she's going to continue thinking." Whitney turned to leave.

      'Dream? Could they mean the dream I had after the accident of Chad and Whitney kissing? No, that can't be true.'

      "Whitney!" Chad stepped infront of her. "You can't give up on us..."

      'Us? They are an us?'

      Chad took hold of Whitney's hands. "...I love you, Whitney. And you love me. And when we kiss, like we did that night, I feel your love for me and I know you feel my love for you."

      With tears in her eyes, Simone slowly stepped back and turned away, unable to watch the horrible truth unfolding infront of her. She turned back around and saw Chad holding Whitney's hands, looking into her eyes, and leaning in towards her. Simone knew exactly what was next and let her tears fall.

      "No." Whitney spoke, turning her head to avoid Chad's kiss. "I meant what I said, Chad. We are over. I refuse to hurt my sister anymore than I already have. She ran out in the street and was hit by that car because she saw us kissing."

      "But what about us?"

      "There is no 'us' anymore."

      "I still love you."

      "Well, you need to get over that because it's not going to change anything."

      "My love can't change anything?"

      "No" With that, Whitney turned around and left, leaving a hurt Chad by himself or so he thought.

      Chad stood there for a moment in silence then walked back towards the reception.

      Simone stood behind the tree until she heard Chad leave then walked out to the clearing and let her tears grow to loud sobs. Regaining control of herself, she finally ran off away from the reception full of happy couples.
