"Theresa, you up?" Chad called tapping on his girlfriend’s bedroom window.

Theresa looked up from a pile of magazines, She ran to the window and opened it. "Chad, what are you doing?" She questioned.

"Coming to see you." He answered with a grin.

"Well, you could have used the door ya know." She smiled.

"I just wanted to surprise you." He shrugged climbing in the room.

"Well its not late, mama would freak if she saw you climbing in." She laughed.

"I know, I’m sorry. But I’ve got something on my mind and I just wanted to tell you. " Chad grinned flopping down on her bed.

"Watch the magazines." She yelled, but they all hit the floor at once. I had them all in order, from what dresses I liked down to candles and colors." She sighed.

"I’m sorry." Chad said frowning, then his smile reappeared, "But listen, I’ve gotta tell ya what’s on my mind."

"Chad, what’s got you smiling like that? Other than our wedding?" She smiled.

"My parents. Resa, I’ve got a idea that’s gonna make your head turn." He laughed.
"What are you talking about Chad? " She questioned.

"I want to hook my folks up Resa. I think I can get my parents back together." He laughed, his smile making Theresa’s heart flutter.

"Chad, are you serious?" She gasped.

"Yes! See I was watching them today, and they’ve got sparks baby, real lovin’ sparks." He said glee in his voice. "And I thought it would be great if I could get them together before our wedding. Have my parents together again."

Theresa frowned, "Chad, they hate each other." She said as if she were explaining it to a small child. "Your dreaming sweetheart."

"No, Resa. I’m for real, I know I can do it. I saw a spark today. And they cared once right? So they can again. "

Theresa leaned over and hugged Chad, "I’ve never saw you like this, this excited about something."

"Then you’ll help me?"

Theresa gasped, "I’m planning our wedding, how will I fit in matchmaking?"

"We’ve got three months Resa. You’ve got to help me. "

Theresa studied his face, so serious yet so happy. "Fine. I’ll help. But Chad, this won’t be easy."

"Girl, have I told you how much I loved you lately? " He laughed giving her a small kiss.

Julian looked at Eve with a smirk, "Our boy has my taste in women."

Eve rolled her eyes, "Theresa is a nice young lady."

"A lovely creature she is. Just like you Eve darling. Just like you." He sighed.

"Julian you repulse me." Eve growled.

"And you have became so boring."

Eve looked at him, this man was the father of her son, the son she had come to love.
"Julian I thought you had changed. "

"I have Eve. Father’s death changed me." He replied in a serious tone.

Eve nodded. The death of Julian’s father had been a shock to everyone, but it had mellowed Julian out. Let him become his own person. "I can tell. I just want you to be there for your son, that’s all."

"And I will. Chad is a good boy. I will always be there for him."

"Good. That’s all I wanted to hear. " Eve said looking at Julian. His eyes, still the same eyes she once loved. But never again, he was different then, softer when she loved him.

"Eve, I do believe our son loves us both." Julian smiled.

"Yes, I think that too. Just don’t mess it up Julian. "

"Please. Let’s not talk about messing thinks up. How many of your girls are speaking to you now? I believe the answer is zero?" Julian said in defense.

"I could say the same for your children Julian." Eve huffed.

"Yes well, we all make mistakes, neither one of us is perfect, yet one of us pretends she is." Julian laughed.

"I hate you Julian Crane. " Eve said stomping off.

"Ah, Eve dear, some things never change." Julian laughed.
