"He wants to do what?" Sheridan coughed taking a sip of her coffee.

"Fix his parents up. Can you believe it?" Theresa questioned.

"But They hate each other. " Sheridan said, "Don’t they?"

Theresa shrugged. "He sees a spark."

"And you agreed to help? Theresa this is risky." Sheridan warned.

"I’ve never saw him like this. Like a small child. Of course I’ll help him. I love him."

Sheridan smiled," I hope it works out. Julian would be lucky to have someone like Eve."

"Yes, I think so to. Chad’s always dreamed of this. His family together. I want to make that happen for him, for the kids we’ll have one day." She grinned.

"So what’s the plan? How are you two going to do this?" Sheridan asked.

"Well I figure we’ll remind them of the love they once shared. And then make them see they can have that again." Theresa chuckled "Either that or will lock them in a room together until the admit they still care."

"Your determined to do this, I can see that." Sheridan spoke worry in her voice. "Just be careful, stirring up old feelings can cause bad memories to come back."

"I know that. We’re going to be very careful Sheridan." Theresa assured her sister-in-law.
"Be very careful doing what?" Luis’s voice bounded as he entered the kitchen of his and Sheridan’s place.

"oh nothing." Theresa said looking down.

"Theresa what are you up to now?" Luis questioned.

"Well, I’ll talk to Chad and get back to you." Theresa smiled standing up." Gotta go now. I’m meeting Chad at his place." She said waving. "Bye guys."

Luis looked at Sheridan and frowned. "She’s up to something isn’t she?"

Sheridan laughed, "Isn’t she always?"

"That’s what I was afraid of. " Luis said sitting down.

Chad smiled at his mother. "Breakfast was a wonderful idea Eve."

She nodded, "I thought you might like it." She said looking around the Book Café.
"I love spending time with you. It’s cool." Chad smiled. He wanted to have a good conversation before he asked about her and Julian.

"So you excited about the wedding?" Eve smiled.

"Yeah, Theresa is totally freaking out, says three months isn’t enough time." He laughed.
"I’m sure you two will get it together in time. Wedding’s are a lot to plan though."
Chad nodded, "My girl can handle it, with my help of course. Thing is I don’t know nothing about all those colors and stuff. The difference between cream, and off white I mean I don’t get." He sighed.

"Most men don’t" Eve smiled putting her and on his.

"So its a woman thing?" He asked.

"I’d say so."

"Well, I hope Resa figures it all out. I’ll help her with anything but those colors."

"You two are lucky to have found each other." Eve said a small grin on her face. "Love is a amazing thing."

Chad nodded, was it time to ask her? Or should he just wait? Oh how he wanted to know. No he’d wait awhile.

"So, how’s things with you?" He asked.

"Just dealing. Losing T.C. and the girls is killing me, but I don’t know what else to do. I’ve begged and pleaded with them all. But they hate me." She sighed.

"That ain’t right. I mean yeah you lied but for your children to hate you? No, that just don’t cut it with me." Chad said shaking his head.

Eve gave him a grateful smile. "Thank you Chad. That means a lot."

Chad nodded, "I’m being honest. I was so happy to find you, you and Julian both." He added. "Just can’t see my self hating you."

"Chad your a wonderful young man"

"And You are a wonderful woman. I’m proud to have you as a mother." Chad said honestly. Eve Russell being his mother made him swell with pride. Not because he finally had a mother but because of the good person she was.

"I think you’ve made my day." Eve blushed.

Chad smiled, "Eve can I ask you something? About you and my father?"

"What is it Chad?"

"Eve, did you love him? I mean really love him, back then? When you had me?" He said.

Eve dropped her head, then looked up at Chad slowly, "Yes Chad, I loved Julian, I loved him with all my heart." She admitted.

Theresa looked up to see Julian as she headed toward Chad’s door. "Mr. Crane are you looking for Chad?" She questioned.

"Theresa dear, Yes I am. Do you know where I can find him?"

"He’s at the Book Café with his mother." Theresa smiled.

"He’s with Eve?" Julian questioned.

Theresa nodded, "Having breakfast, he should be back soon though. He promised to meet me here."

"Well, just have him call me dear. I wanted to stop by and have a word with him, but I have a meeting to get to."

"I’ll tell him Mr. Crane."

"Julian dear, Call me Julian, after all we’re almost family." He smiled.

"Yes we are, I can’t wait to be Chad’s wife."

Julian smiled, "He’s lucky to have you. Love doesn’t come along often." He said his voice distant, almost as if he was in deep thought.

"I know. And I love Chad with all my heart. I will never hurt him like I did Ethan." She promised.

"I believe you darling. I know that people can change. " Julian smiled.

"I’m so glad you believe me. So many people still dislike me for lying to Ethan."

"Well, I believe you changed. My son wouldn’t be marrying you if you hadn’t."

"Your son is a wonderful man. Kind and caring."

"Yes like his mother." Julian whispered.

"What?" Theresa asked hoping Julian would repeat his words.

"Oh nothing dear. I must go now. Tell Chad I stopped by." He said leaving.
Theresa smiled, "Oh don’t worry Julian, I’ll be sure to tell him." She said watching Julian walk away.
